Without moving the floor plan and only minor alterations to walls this Federation beauty was re-plumbed, hydronic heating installed, rewired, outdated large cornicing in the extension removed, and walls & floors resurfaced. A new kitchen, bathrooms and cabinetry made the house so comfy and updated this family did not want to leave or make further changes. Completed 2021
